A product must fit into the equipment and work in it for the long term. We design around electrical load, installation space, cable exit direction and environmental conditions, providing connectors, overmolded cabled assemblies and wire-end preparation. Standard product selection and custom cable assembly development start from the same set of usage conditions.

From requirement review and structural proposals to sample verification, confirm rated load, contact arrangement, assembly space and cable specifications item by item. For space-constrained, hybrid power-signal and outdoor equipment, cable exit angle, locking method and the complete harness can be further evaluated.
