M16 · Design intent

More room than M12, covering power and multi-pin control connections for compact equipment.

M16 balances compact size with current-carrying capacity. With clearly partitioned contact faces, three coupling styles, and multi-pin configurations, it adapts to the assembly needs of luminaires, controllers, and automation equipment.

LLT · Environmental protection

Water stays out.Connected inside.

From equipment power to outdoor lighting, sealing the mating joint, panel and cable entry together. A size larger, and the assembly details remain clear.

IP67Applicable per selected configuration

Protection applies only after correct mating, locking, and cable sealing are complete. The imagery is an environmental illustration, not footage of actual testing. Applicable conditions ↗

DESIGNED TO CONNECT

Locking structure.
Closer, and clearer.

Gloss black housing with blue push-lock operating cap.
Feel and structure, each with its role.

M16 8-pin female-contact original model, held neatly in hand. Locking is tactile.

Orderly grip. A lock you can feel.

The blue operating cap and the black rear cable-gland cap serve different locking tasks. The panel fixing nut is verified separately for each structure.

M16 8-pin female-contact original model: different faces, different configurations.

Different end faces, different configurations.

Example of an 8-contact female-contact source assembly. When selecting, verify appearance, pin layout and full part number separately; do not infer mating compatibility from appearance alone.

Connection method

See how it locks first, then how it mounts.

The mating structure determines the locking method; the mounting form determines how the interface lands on the device. Select the two separately, and review appearance and configuration together.

Appearance photos identify the mounting and coupling structure. Male contacts, female contacts and housing forms are labeled separately; for exact contact positions, see the mating face drawing of the selected model. When the device side uses female contacts, also verify the power supply direction and unmated protection.

PIN LAYOUT

Same housing — choose the right mating face.

Appearances may be similar; the mating face must be right. Contact count, contact size and pin/socket orientation are verified in one place.

The catalog face view is for identifying contact layout; where male/female and viewing direction are not marked, it does not replace the wiring diagram of the corresponding model. Click a pin count with a complete record to switch the configuration below.

Expand the original face view and check each item.

View by pin count, mating structure and contact grouping from the original documentation. Pin positions are not mirrored or rearranged; different original drawing variants are retained separately. Viewing direction, pin number functions and complete ordering numbers are confirmed per the final drawing.
