MEET THE NEW CONNECTIONS
One, giving your cabling more room to breathe.
One, designed with vibration in mind.
LPEVH6-200A · DC single-pin connector
The right-angle design with a rotatable port adjusts the cable exit direction in compact enclosures, reducing cable reserved for detours.

LP-32 · Female-contact flange connector
The connection structure is optimized for high current and vibration, so that device-side mounting, locking and contact work together.

New-product ratings and verification information are provided by LLT. Under the stated 120A, 6g random vibration test, LP-32 temperature rise does not exceed 25℃; test conditions and reports are confirmed per project.
M29 PUSH-LOCK
Power and control, connected directly.

M12 SELF-LOCKING
Multi-pin connections, in a compact space.

M29 · THE MATING PAIR
See the mating interface clearly. Connect with confidence.

LT20 PANEL CONNECTION
A flange interface brings clearer definition to the equipment boundary.

CABLE · CONNECTOR · HARNESS
Cable, overmolding and lead-end finishing, delivered as one.

BUILT FOR OUTDOORS
The seal keeps out water and dust. The materials face the sun.
Apply environmental requirements to every part of the connection.

IP67 protection, from the mating face to the cable entry—every seal doing its part.
The environmental setting is for product presentation, not a test record. Protection ratings apply to specific models when correctly mated, locked, and sealed; UV performance follows the applicable materials and validation conditions provided by the company.Illustration notes
THE DETAILS THAT CONNECT

Specified PA66-RG301 engineering material, with no recycled content. Molding, locking and insulation together form the foundation of the interface.
Material grades, flammability ratings and Yellow Card applicability follow the specifications of the corresponding materials.

Solid phosphor bronze contacts, gold plated to specified standards. Review contact, current, and temperature rise together to confirm power and signal connection requirements.
Verify rated current per contact or designated contact group; calculate mixed circuits separately.

1–4: applicable configuration indicators provided by the company. The protection rating is based on specified testing after correct assembly, mating and locking; material ratings correspond to conditions such as thickness. UV and salt spray hours are not converted into years of service life. Some higher plating configurations are judged by maintaining electrical performance after testing; see specific models and reports.

SHENZHEN LLT CONNECTOR
Shenzhen Lilutong Connector Co., Ltd. focuses on waterproof connectors and matching cable assemblies, combining connector design, cable manufacturing, injection molding, and end processing to deliver connection solutions for industrial equipment, outdoor lighting, energy equipment, and other applications.
About LLT
IP67 indicates dust protection and short-term immersion protection under specified conditions. The connector typically requires the correct mating part, completed assembly and locking; the cable entry and panel seal must also meet model requirements. Protection in the unmated state must be confirmed separately.
These two conditions require separate verification. Short-term immersion, long-term immersion, and high-pressure washing use different test conditions. Provide the engineering team with water depth, duration, temperature, medium, and cleaning method, and select a configuration with corresponding verification documentation.
Conductor cross section, expressed in mm² or AWG, is used to match the terminal's termination capacity; cable outer diameter, expressed in mm, is used to match the rear clamping and sealing structure. Cables with the same conductor cross section may differ in outer diameter due to pin count, insulation, or jacket, so both items must be checked separately.
First confirm working voltage, current, contact count, and cable length, then verify the conductor range of the selected terminal and the outer diameter range of the seal. The jacket material should also match fixed or moving installation, bending, temperature, and media conditions. LLT can evaluate the cable and connector together.
