LT20 series · waterproof connector
At home on your panel.
Connected all around.
Flange, mating interface, and tethered cap, clearly together.

Structure shown: 3-contact flange and dust cap assembly.
DESIGN, DOWN TO THE CONNECTION
Interface and panel, designed together.
Select the LLT LT20 series around the device interface and cable-end pairing. Verify plug, socket and mounting drawings against the actual model, so the interface form and harness solution align accurately.

LLT · Environmental protection
Water stays out.Connected inside.
From the mating interface to the cable entry, each seal does its part. A stable path for power and signal in outdoor equipment.
Protection applies only after correct mating, locking, and cable sealing are complete. The imagery is an environmental illustration, not footage of actual testing. Applicable conditions ↗

MATERIALS THAT MATTER
Solid materials.
From inside out.
Preferred solid phosphor bronze contacts. Virgin engineering plastics, no recycled material. Material, plating, and operating environment are considered together in product requirements.
Applicable gold plating: 2 μin (0.0508 μm). UL Yellow Cards for materials such as PA66-RG301 should be checked by grade and conditions; material recognition is not equivalent to finished-product certification.
Every mounting, clearly seen.

Understand the structure.
Select mounting and contacts first, then take a closer look at the mating face, wiring back end, and catalog dimensional drawings. The appearance of the same structure can be shared; contact count and pin positions are verified independently.

STRUCTURE, IN FOCUS

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Your configuration. Review each item clearly.

Pin positions and structure are confirmed against the drawing specific to the selected configuration.
THE ESSENTIALS
Key specifications
Beyond contact count and electrical parameters, confirm the locking structure, mounting dimensions, cable range, and cable-end processing. Surface treatment and sealing requirements should be confirmed in the context of the specific configuration and operating environment.
Parameter sources and applicability
Ratings, certifications, and dimensions are confirmed per the selected model. The body dimensions shown do not include device-side mating, cable bend, or tool operating space.

PANEL INTEGRATION
The connection.
Into the device.
From panel cutout and sealing surface to port protection, a clear installation boundary for the equipment. Confirm panel thickness and fastening method per specific model.
