LP-32 · Design intent

High current and vibration validated in one scenario, designed for the actual working conditions of equipment connections.

The LP-32 uses a female-contact flange structure for 120A loads and vibration conditions. Locking, contact retention, and mounting structure work together so the interface seats securely on the equipment.

Manufacturer-provided verification information: 120 A load, 6 g random vibration test, temperature rise not exceeding 25 ℃. Here, 25 ℃ is a temperature rise, not an absolute temperature. Test spectrum, duration, environment, and report number are found in the official verification documents. 10

Water stays out.Connected inside.

From the mating interface and housing to the cable exit, check sealing point by point. Confirm the applicable solution per the protection rating, installation state and actual conditions of the specific model.

Confirm per specificationProtection rating and operating state

Protection applies only after correct mating, locking, and cable sealing are complete. The imagery is an environmental illustration, not footage of actual testing. Applicable conditions ↗

Female-contact flange, facing the equipment.

The flange provides a clear mounting interface. Mating face outward, termination side inward. During installation, check mounting hole positions, panel, and cable routing together.

Shown is the mating face of a female-contact flange; final contacts and the complete part number follow the official drawings.

A closer look at the structure

From locking to contact retention.

The blue push-lock, the external latch and the internal contacts together form the connection. Designed for vibration conditions, equipment mounting and cable support must also be included in validation.

Push-lock and threaded nut are different operating structures; random vibration results are not extended to all working conditions.
